Majlis Bersama Jabatan
Majlis Bersama Jabatan or 'MBJ' aims to obtain comprehensive co-operation between the management and the employees in which the employees were given the opportunity to submit their opinions and actively participate in discussing and resolving issues related to the work system, administration, employee welfare and the operations of the organisation in the department or office.
The MBJ Exco of NREB consists of twenty-nine (29) members, namely, 8 senior management representatives and 21 employees representatives. Each year, four meetings will be held as required by the terms of reference of the MBJ.
